To ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible and maintain our high-quality standards, we roast in small batches twice a month—on the 1st and the 15th. Orders placed between the 1st and the 15th will be roasted and shipped on the 15th. Orders placed between the 15th and the end of the month will be roasted and shipped on the 1st of the following month. This schedule allows us to deliver the best, freshly roasted coffee every time.
